Get the Mental Edge For Your Golf Game!

Are you ready to up-level your golf game?  Roger had his goal in mind and the skill set to get the job done, but there were a few beliefs that he needed to release so that he could be the best player he could be.  In only two sessions Roger went from coming in second and third place to winning!

Your subconscious mind does not understand a negative statement such as, I don’t want to play badly today.  Your brain interprets that statement unconsciously as, play badly today. It’s important to always focus on what you do want, not what you don’t want.

If you’ve ever played golf you know that whatever you focus on is always what happens.  If you don’t want the ball to go into the woods, guess where the ball goes?  Then, on top of that, you get mad at yourself and begin to beat yourself up and your game begins to slide down hill.  By learning a simple  technique to take the negative mind out of the way, you can begin to focus on the positive.  Focus on what you do want.  Learn to take the emotion out of your game and be in the present moment. When you are in the present moment, you can relax, enjoy yourself and play your  best game of golf!
